I’ve always enjoyed coaching and teaching, as it’s been a part of my life since my children were young. I lost 45 pounds in the first six months and have kept it off for a year! I love how everyone supports one another it feels like I am exercising with family and friends. I love the energy and encouragement that fills the room with each and every class. A close friend of ours invited us to attend a class at LiveNow Fitness and we were hooked. We had both successfully lost a little weight, but we hoped for more. We exercised together three days a week – always holding each other accountable. Two years ago my wife and I started on a journey to strengthen our marriage through exercise. Over the years, I’ve probably lost and regained hundreds of pounds. I attempted the usual ways to lose weight – joined a gym, fad diets, but nothing lasted. During college and after getting married I developed some poor eating habits and was less active which resulted in significant weight gain. Eastern and will feature commercial-free performances all night long. I always considered myself to be in decent shape because I was active and successful at basketball, football and bowling.
